We’ve spoken before about the bail bond process. Although the process is pretty cut and dry, it can still take some time. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, not to mention the court process. So is there a way that the process can speed up?
Unfortunately, you need to wait until your bail is sent before you can get out of jail. That means your loved one needs to appear before the judge, hear the charges against him/her, and have the judge determine what is a fair amount for bail. Only then can bail be posted.
